He is survived by: his children, Erin Birlik (Umut), Eric Annett and Rachel Annett of Cross Lake; the mother of his children A. Elizabeth Annett of Baldwinsville; his parents, George Annett and Janet Annett of Havertown, PA; his sisters, Marybeth Schroder (Wesley) of Downington, PA and Susan Allen (Christopher) of Havertown; and his pet Beatrice Louise. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
