She was predeceased by: her grandfather William Burnard, Sr.. She is survived by: her parents, Richard Johnson and Mary Kio; her husband Garrett Glasby; her daughter Zoey Elizabeth Deyo-Orlowske; her siblings, Jennifer Hahn, Jessica Knight, Laura Fredericks, Lisa Bollinger and Michael LaFave; and her grandmother Joyce Burnard. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
