She is survived by: her husband Carl Slater; her sons, Joseph and Daniel (Sarah); her grandchildren, Adam and Lauren; her siblings, Larry Lehman (Debbie), Kathy Loveless (Ron), Pat Rouse (Jim Baker), Lisa Petrus (Andy) and Tracy Voorhees (Jim Kite); and her aunt Nancy Wayman (George). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
