It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Carol Dow of Baldwinsville, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on January 10, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James A Dow. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Kenefick (John), Cynthia Waggoner (Gary) and Kristine McArdell (Gale); and her brothers, Bruce Pedersen and Burt Pedersen (Janice).
