He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Forsyth and Helene Forsyth; and his wife Carol Forsyth. He is survived by: his daughters, Krystal Proulx (Joel) and Elizabeth Kratz (Ryan); his grandchildren, Jakob, Lucas, Brooklyn, Derek and Owen; and his siblings, Richard, Regina, Thomas, Bruce, Carl, Diane and Eric.
