With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise L. Harkins (Baldwinsville, New York), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on August 19, 2018 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James. She is survived by: her parents, Harold Lasher and Grace Gilbert Lasher; her children, Carol Whitney (Bruce) of Spencerville, IN, James, Jr. Harkins (Jeri), Christine Hoyt (Timothy) of Napa, CA, John Harkins (Tina) of Baldwinsville and Mary Frachioni (Martin) of Rochester, NY; and her brothers, Richard Lasher (Lorene) of Baldwinsville and Gerald Lasher (Anne) of Bellona, NY. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
