He is survived by: his caregiver Dawn; his children, Tony (Amy) and Louie (Karen); his grandchildren, Mary Rose, Louie II and Katherine; his stepsons, Kenny Jerome, Robert Jerome (Andrea), Jeff Jerome (Bill) and Brad Jerome (Barb); and his sister-in-law Mary Van Deusen. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
