It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karen A. Barton of Baldwinsville, New York, born in Utica, New York, who passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband W. Paul Barton; her parents, Charles Smith and Ethel Smith; her sister Kathleen (Gordon Scofield); and her brother-in-law Wayne Barton.
She is survived by: her niece Rennay Barton (Gary Schwartz); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Riley and Emma; her niece Kathy Charlton (Rich); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Logan and Garrett; her nephews, Glenn Scofield (Kristen) and Dan Scofield (Jeanne); her great-nephew Daniel; her niece Jennifer Harris; and her nephew Glenn Barton.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Maurer Funeral Home (3541 NY-31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
