It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Margaret Cico of Baldwinsville, New York, born in Orchard Park, New York, who passed away on November 7, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick Cico; and her brother Glen Palmer. She is survived by: her children, Ruth Cico and Patrick Cico (Donna); her siblings, David, Bruce Palmer and Karen Galde; and her granddaughters, Brianna, Stephanie and Ashley.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to GBAC or the Lakeside Vol.
