He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Forkey (Jason); his grandchildren, Anna of Hooksett, NH, Cole of Hooksett, NH and Bryn of Hooksett, NH; and his siblings, Jeffrey Arnold (Pat) of Venice, FL. and Julie Daly of Columbus, OH.
