He is survived by: his girlfriend Meghan; his girlfriend's child Ryan; his mother Larraine Amalfitano; his stepfather Tony Amalfitano; his father Robert Dziedzic; his sister Sarah Dziedzic (Meghan Clawson); his children, Tom, Dan, Mike, Kate and Rick; and also Ryan.
