He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Stewart Tulloch and Margaret Beckett Tulloch; his wife Dolores Carozza; his children, John Stewart (Barbara) of Pittsfield, Lynne Beth Stone (David) of Elizabeth and Douglas Alan of Alexandria Bay; his grandchildren, John Stewart Tulloch III (Lori), Christopher Michael Tulloch, Benjamin David Stone (Susan) and Michael Stewart Stone; his great grandchildren, Charlotte Rose Tulloch, Amelia Grace Tulloch and John Stewart Tulloch IV; and his brother James Tulloch.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Syracuse Home Foundation at 7740 Meigs Road in Baldwinsville.
