He is survived by: his wife Tara; his children, John Patrick, Katie, Allison and Lindsey; his parents, Ralph Dodge and Sue Dodge of Minoa; his sister Donna Dodge; his child Snowdrop Rd; and also Patricia Springer. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces.
