He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale and Mary; his son Stephen Michael; and his sister Kristen VanKeuren. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; and his daughter Lori Linton. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; niece and nephew; as well as many cousins and close friends.
