He was predeceased by: his parents, William Holbrook and Beverly Holbrook. He is survived by: his sons, Justin and Jacob Holbrook (Stephanie Jackson-Holbrook); and his cousin Ems. He is also survived by many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews.
