He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Cannella and Josephine Cannella (Capone); and his brothers, Dr. Francis Cannella and John Cannella. He is survived by: his wife Ellen F. Cannella (Pendergast); his children, Christopher J. Cannella of Baldwinsville, James R. Cannella, Jr. (Heather) of Baldwinsville, Joanne C. Muldowney (Joseph) of Toms River, NJ and Elizabeth E. Lannier (Jeffrey) of Baldwinsville; his grandchildren, Jake, Matthew Muldowney, Mark, Monica Lannier, Vivian and Caroline Cannella; and his brothers, Dr. Joseph Cannella (Helen) of East Syracuse and Dr. Vincent Cannella (Deborah) of Bellaire, MI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
