He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Mansfield and Dorothy Mansfield; his children, Jacqueline Graham (Cameron) of Parish and Frank "Scott" Mansfield (Jackie) of Cato; and his siblings, Judy LaMay (Robert) of Scriba, Bruce Mansfield of Scriba, Debra Cooper (Russell) of Scriba, Kevin Mansfield, Timothy Mansfield (Barb) of Volney and Carol Gardner (Brian) of Fulton. He was also cherished by four grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
