He is survived by: his children, Jeff and Lisa; his great grandchild Emily; his wife Mary Ann Bower Pitcher; his grandchildren, Nina Cook (Ben), Kirk Dunn of Phoenix and Tiffany Stephenson (Jonathan) of North Carolina; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Jayden, Cole of Phoenix and Milo of North Carolina; and his stepsiblings, Gary Oakley (Fran) and Lynn Halstead (John). He is also survived by many cousins; nieces and nephews and friends.
