It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George F. Rowland (Baldwinsville, New York), who passed away on March 21, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janis Briggs-Rowland of Baldwinsville; his children, Kathleen Rake (Gary) of DeWitt, Lynn Sturtz (Dan) of DeWitt, Michael Rowland (Vickki) of Clay and Timothy Rowland (Anita) of Clay; and his siblings, Bill Rowland (Connie) and Sally Cole. He was also cherished by five grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Mr. Rowland has requested donations in his name be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
