It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary T Kolodziejczyk of Baldwinsville, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on July 16, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kolodziejczyk and Marlene Kolodziejczyk (Ceterski); and his brother Paul Kolodziejczyk. He is survived by: his children, Gary Kolodziejczyk Jr., Laura Kolodziejczyk and Erin Kolodziejczyk; his brothers, Perry Kolodziejczyk and Philip Kolodziejczyk; his sister-in-law Krista Kolodziejczyk; and his grandchildren, Rian Kolodziejczyk and Holden Kolodziejczyk. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
