She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles and Lilian (O'Hara); her brothers, Walter, Douglas, Richard and Edward; and her foster sister Mae (David).
She is survived by: her significant other David Karn of Macy, Indiana.; her children, Patricia, Kevin (Deb) and Christopher; and her grandsons, Ayden (Karn-Waite), Patrick and Nathan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
