He is survived by: his wife Elaine (Kuss); his children, Jim Page (Tamera), April Arquette (John) and Nicole Hooper (Greg); and his sisters, Anna "Mookie" and Linda of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
