He was predeceased by: his parents, Arley Crook and Mable Crook; and his sister Linda. He is survived by: his wife Vina; his children, Jay and Michelle Crook; his siblings, Thomas Crook and Charlene Peak; and his grandchildren, Addison, Madeline and Harper Crook. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
