She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Green and Bernice F. Green (Goodwin); her sister Marilyn Stafford (Green); and her brothers-in-law, Allen Stafford and Donald Hirst.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald G. Hirst; her children, Debra L. Hirst Thomas (Daniel, Jr.) of Liverpool, NY, Garry R. Hirst (Kathi Staring) of Verona, NY and Ronald G. Hirst, II (Caryl Wedding) of Vestal, NY.; her grandchildren, Crystal, Stephen (Lisa), David Thomas, Brian, Derek, Zachary Hirst, Susan and Jacob Hirst; and her great grandchildren, Alex Thomas and Amelia Hirst.
She made decorative wreaths, sewed countless face masks, and crocheted many prayer shawls—all given to anyone who wanted or needed one, and always made with love and perfection.
