He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Chase and Janet Chase. He is survived by: his wife Becky L. Weber-Chase; his daughter Savannah Chase; his siblings, Christine Morris, Justeen Chase Mcdermitt, Jennifer Chase, Jason Brown Chase and Francis Chase III; and his parents-in-law, Richard and Paulette Weber. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
