He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Rice (Underwood) and Emory A. Rice Sr.; his wife Diane (Warriner); and his son Joshua. He is survived by: his son Jason Rice (Shannon); his brothers, Richard Rice (Sharon) and Roger Rice (Doris); his grandson Joshua Rice; and his grandchildren-in-law, Katelyn, Ashley, Trevor and Matthew Duquette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
