With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elia Q. Sousou of Baldwinsville, New York, who passed away on March 1, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Hanna, Fawzi, Almaza and Samira. He is survived by: his wife Nuha Sousou (Dayeh); his children, Irene Allawh (Nabil), Holly Kane (Andrew), Joanne Craig (Brian), Anthony Sousou and Faris Sousou (Lisa); his grandchildren, Seeds (Rina), Tanya, Thomas, Matthew, Alexander, Alaina, Madalyne, Anthony, Jacob and Emilie; and his siblings, Bishara Sousou, Siham Ayoub, Suad Sousou, Nuha Zraik and Vicky Shehadeh. He is also survived by many brother & sister in laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Church Building Fund, 4988 Onondaga Road, Syracuse NY 13215.
