He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Clark and Frances Clark; and his wife Charlotte Ann Clark. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Deblois (Tim) of Poolesville, MD, Donna Provost (Joe) of Rome, NY, Cynthia Clark (John Eddins) of Chester, MD and Kathy Brewer (Rich) of Horseheads, NY. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
