Baum of Baldwinsville, New York, born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on December 4, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Baum and Catherine Baum (Shoemaker); his spouse Jessie F. Smith; his son David Baum; and his siblings, Howard, Charles, Raymond Baum, Mary VanWagner and Betty Kimball.
He is survived by: his children, Donald L. (Darlene Baum), Raymond (Beverly Baum), Howard Baum of Mocksville, NC, Kathryn (Michael Timmler) and Brenda Baum Dausman of Clover, SC; his siblings, William Baum, Sr. of Fulton, Robert Baum of Fulton and Shirley Smith of Fulton; and his grandchildren, Donald L. Baum, Jr. (Trisha), Catherine Rau (Dan), William Cobb, Jr. (Amy), Jaclyn Harvard (Brandon), Stephanie Scanlon, Heather Scanlon (Kristi), Amanda Lester, Christopher VanAntwerp (Anna) and Janelle Addington (Casey). He is also survived by twenty-three great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
