He was predeceased by: his parents, Cosmo Carfagna and Livia Carfagna; and his sister Grace Osborn (Robert). He is survived by: his brother Dr. Vincent Carfagna (Bernice) of East Aurora, NY; his nieces and nephews, Catherine Carfagna-Meinzer (David), Diane Parker (Jason), Michael Carfagna (Amy), Stephen Osborn (Laura) and Christopher Carfagna; his cousins, Doris Rolenz of Akron, OH and Maryanne Cenci of Syracuse; and also, Melinda Kenney and Henry Damon. He is also survived by 5 grandnieces and grandnephews.
