He is survived by: his children, Lisa Herbert of Denver, Dennis M. Hoe (Patricia) of Baldwinsville, Robert A. Hoe (Jean) of Newark, NY, Steven Hoe and Gary Hoe (Diane); and his sister Marion "Dolly" Rogers. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
