He is survived by: his close friend Sue (Yurkonis); his sons, Kevin of Clay and Steven of Clay; and his siblings, Joyce Smith (Ray) of Fort Pierce, FL and Don Underwood (Karen) of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by many sisters and brothers-in-law and countless nieces and nephews.
