He is survived by: his wife Barbara Collingwood; his children, Ryan Fogarty (Lynda) of Rochester, Shana Michel (Peter Blake) of Liverpool, Jake Fogarty (Soyoung) of Albany and Brooke Fogarty (Tom Horvath) of Cleveland, OH; and his grandchildren, Arin Fogarty, Ryan Michel, Jason Fogarty and Aiden Horvath. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
