O'Hara, Keith M. O'Hara (Ingrid Reinhardt), Maria C. Hopkins (Kevin) and Lisa M. Brooker (John); her grandchildren, Nicholas M. O'Hara (Nick), Sarah R. O'Hara, Connor J. Hopkins, Donovan P. Hopkins, Emily E. O'Hara, Grace A. O'Hara, John H. Brooker (Jack) and Leo J. Brooker; her sisters, Joanne Jones-Russell (LaFave) and Carol McGuire (Michael); her brother-in-law Patrick H. O'Hara II (Patricia); and her aunt Joanne Jackson (Ayotte) of Liverpool, NY.
