He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Spencer and Eleanor Spencer; and his siblings, Margaret Sherwood, Frank Spencer and Edward Spencer.
He is survived by: his friend Bill W.; his wife Suzanne Voumard; his sons, Ian (Michelle) and Shane Spencer (Maggie); his grandchildren, Bailey, Ian Jr., Cullen, Maeve Spencer and Kassandra Race (Matthew); his great grandchild Ivy Race; his sisters, Dorothy Graulich (Bill Long) and Eleanor Hill; and his brother-in-law Phillip Sherwood. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
