With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Catherine Louise MacGregor in Baldwinsville, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 13, 2025 at the age of 79. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dr. William Parsons and Jeanne Parsons (Luke); her sisters, Nancy Parsons Morgan and Carrie Parsons Stevens; her husband Donald MacGregor; her children, Chris MacGregor (Sharon Santos) of Boston, MA, Dr. David, Misty MacGregor of Baldwinsville, NY, Rob and Jen MacGregor of Charlotte, NC; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Nate, Hailey, Jack and Luke.
