She was predeceased by: her husband William Penn; and her son Thomas Penn. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Penn Collins; her grandchildren, Graycen, Reece and Jaeden; and her great grandchild Emeree Pettitt.

Memorial donations can be made in lieu of flowers to Upstate Medical University.
