He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Porter and Dorothy Porter; and his brother John Porter. He is survived by: his wife Joan Porter; his children, Kelly Porter-Terrell (Tom), Eric Porter (Debbie) and Brian Porter (Sonia); and his sisters, Judy Norris and Sue Heck. He is also survived by five grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
