She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Perrin and Luella Perrin; her brother Randy Perrin; and her siblings-in-law, Betsy Perrin and Ken Crawmer.
She is survived by: her husband Dick Crook; her siblings, Richard Perrin (Linda), James Perrin, Linda Carpenter (Donald) and Mark Perrin (Laurie); and her sister-in-law Sharon Crawmer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
