He is survived by: his wife Virginia A Franke; his children, Laura Cook (Neal), Jill Westcott and Edward A Franke; and his grandchildren, Ben Cook (Nina), Adam Cook (Jessica), Kimberly Franke, Nicole Florczykowski (Dustin), Andrew Franke, Lindsay Franke, Lonzo Passage (Margaret) and Jason Westcott. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
