He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Butchko and Nancy Benichuk Butchko; and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Terry Zahler of Baldwinsville, NY; his children, Lucas of Buffalo, NY, Jacob of Syracuse, NY, Madeline, Caleb and Gabbie of Baldwinsville, NY; his pet Paco; his sisters, Donna Seibert (Jeffrey) of Hardeesville, Kathy Murphy (Mike) of Dickson City, Pennsylvania, Dr. Andrea Ogonosky (Jim) of Houston, Michele Butchko (Ron) of Scranton, Pennsylvania and Judy Kornaga of Collegeville, Pennsylvania; and his stepbrother Robert Butchko (Patty) of Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by eight nieces and eight nephews; 13 great-nieces and nephews; and aunts, uncles, and cousins.
