He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Finley and Rose Finley; his in-laws, William and Charlotte Maxwell; and his sister-in-law Wendi Maxwell.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie Finley; his daughters, Amanda (Adam Day) and Eliza (Timothy Moran); his grandchildren, Clark, Lily, Bennett and Declan; his brother Frederick; his siblings-in-law, Susan Finley and William Maxwell; and his nieces and nephews, Kristen, Fred, Allison and Heather.
