He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Hines and Florence Hines; his brother Richard; his sons, Craig and Malcolm Hines; his wife Pat; his daughters, Jasmine and Kristal; and his siblings, Sharon Williams and Raymond Hines. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
