He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Vincente; his children, Meredith Demmerle (Frank), Alexandra Whitlock (Eric), Hannah Batsford and Evan Batsford; his grandchildren, Frank Thomas, Johnny, Scarlett, Tova and Nayara; and his siblings, Bill, Mike and Ann Carol.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Long Island Choral Society and First Presbyterian Church of Baldwin in Howard's memory would be appreciated by the family.
