With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gretchen Hagerty (Baldwin, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 21, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Gretchen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gretchen farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband George; her sons, James (Emily) and Andrew (Christine); her grandchildren, Anna, Sarah, George and John; and her sisters, Diane Campbell and Karen Beeken (Al).
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Cecere Family Funeral Home (2283 Grand Ave, Baldwin, NY 11510). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
