He is survived by: his sister Claudette Samuels; his children, Michael Alexander, Robert Cummings, Carolyn Cummings-Ellis, Ian Cummings, Sandra Cummings, Barbara Cummings-Bovell, Dexter Cummings and Gillian Perez; his children-in-law, Gregory Ellis, Tony Bovell, Gina Cummings, Kim Cummings and Sharon Cummings; and his sisters-in-law, Beryl Cummings, Patsy Cummings and Elsie Cummings.
Memorials may be given to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
