With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bertha E. Bonelli of Baldwin, New York, born in Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 15, 2021 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George DeCourcy and Nora DeCourcy (Donovan); her husband Richard Bonelli; her grandson Nick Bonelli; and her siblings, Eileen MacEachern, Bernice DeCourcy, Thomas DeCourcy, Reverend William DeCourcy, George DeCourcy, Theresa Moreau, Jack DeCourcy and Rita DeCourcy.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Bonelli (Meg) of Boston, George Bonelli (Judy) of Logan, Patty Stempsey (Chris) of Delmar and Sharon Bonelli of Rockville Centre; her grandsons, Alec Bonelli (Nina), Jack Bonelli, Kevin Stempsey (Maria), Ryan Stempsey and Brendan Stempsey; her sister Marie Dunn; and her sisters-in-law, Regina DeCourcy and Theresa DeCourcy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
