He was predeceased by: his children, Ann (Luis Maldonado) and John Patrick; and his grandson Liam. He is survived by: his aunt Ann Collins; his wife Bridget Kelly (Bea); his children, Catherine (Joseph Maschak), Maureen and Brigid (Kyle Tucker); and his grandchildren, John Kelly, Brendan, Deirdre, Conor O'Donoghue, Lucy and Mary Tucker. He is also survived by nine siblings.
