He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas F. McCormick and Phyllis McEvoy; and his sisters, Patricia and Maureen. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Kevin (Diane), Theresa Kohl (Richard) and Elizabeth Celentano; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Kelly, Kevin, Kristen, Michael, Erik, Nicole, Sarah, Rebecca, Megan, Danielle, John, Thomas, Daniel, Katherine and Treasured; his sister Kathleen; and his great grandchild Will.
