She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmott Houck and Anna Houck (Armstrong). She is survived by: her husband James Palmer; her children, James Palmer of Hinesburg, Bruce (Donna Palmer), Dale (Robin Palmer), Tad and Beth; her son-in-law Kevin O'Hara of Bainbridge, NY; and her sister Harriet Wisse. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren.
